Hyperventilation Syndrome

these past days, I am having shortness of breathing and palpitation whenever I get tensed. Yesterday, I went to St. Luke's for a pulmonary check-up.
I am diagnosed with Hyperventilation Syndrome, according to Wikipedia it is is a respiratory disorder, psychologically or physiologically based, involving breathing too deeply or too rapidly. The cause is stress.

I am going to have tests related with my lungs before I get the treatment.

A special attention to Elsie Gaches' VIllage

I'm fond of watching GMA's I-Witness. It tells realities in life na hindi natin napapansin na pinagkakawalang-kibo natin... Among the 4 documentarist, I admire Ms. Kara David. She has this "heart" in every stories at tatagos talaga sa puso mo yung bawat istorya na nagagawa niya. tulad ng, "Mga Anghel sa dapit hapon", "Biyaheng Sikmura" are one of my favorites. I think it was last year or 2008, It's a documentary about mentally ill individuals in Elsie Gaches - It's an institution made and for people with special needs who were abandoned by their parents and loved ones. Tatagos sa puso mo kasi, Ganun na nga sila pagkakaitan pa sila ng pagmamahal. but the good thing is there's Elsie Gaches for them.

'Twas late March when the church community from my place initiated to lend a helping hand to those "unfortunate ones". Well. I have no idea where we will be having the outreach program. yet, I'm hearing "Elsie Gaches" from my colleagues. 'di naman kasi ako ganun katalino para maalala yung Elsie Gaches sa I-Witness. so there, It's in Alabang, Familiar yung gate at unti-unting nagfa-flash yung scenes with Kara's documentary. I asked the psychologist/therapist in that institution and it's true, it was the place that was featured in I-Witness.

Nakakagulat din kasi sabi nung nag-orient, they consume 700 kilogram of rice everyday. and they eat 5 times a day. - As what I have observed, may pagka-active kasi sila kaya medyo malakas nga kumain. 50 lang yung nabigyan namin ng tulong out of 600 individuals in Gaches' though, we really want them to help... financially, kukulangin talaga yung pera namin. yet, masaya naman to hear that the Ayala's and some governmental and non-governmental institution are helping them.

Mababait sila, Magalang at bibo! Para silang bata in speaking and with their actions pero sa totoo nasa 30's to 40's sila. mga 5% siguro doon sa Outreach Program ay mga 10-15 years old. I had a great time with them, I enjoyed talking and playing with them. Sa totoo nga ay may "sense" pa silang kausap. I met Cynthia Gonzales, She's 27 years old. She was playing "Bukas, Sara, Close, Open" sabay tanong, "Magaling ba ako Kuya Kenneth?" Of course you are! sabi ko, Tapos binigyan ko siya ng mentos. Sabi niya naman, Salamat!
"Ikaw na lang ang mag-alaga sa akin."
That was touching, I feel sorry for her. I've been to orphanage din. Parang pareho lang din ang case ng bawa't isang na-abandona ng mga magulang nila. sila ay uhaw sa pagmamahal. looking at the bright side, Cynthia is strong. She has a big smile prepared to everyone.

Then, there is Grace she has down syndrome, Sabi niya 10 years old siya pero sabi naman ng therapist nasa 20's na siya. I caught her attention when she was playing trip to Jerusalem. She wants LOTS of bracelets daw at sabi ko you should win the game to have one. and fortunately, she won at nakakuha pa siya ng 2 bracelets with teletubbies set! She is adorable and so polite. sabi niya nga "I love you" sa akin before going to her cottage.

It is an unforgettable experience. Malapit sila sa puso ko, ewan ko kung bakit. Napagkaitan nga sila ng magulang na tatanggapin sila... pero maraming tao ang handang tumulong sa kanila at nandiyan ang Diyos para tanggapin sila. Yes, They are labeled as "Mentally ill" pero wag nating aalisin that they are still and considered as an individual. An individual who needs special attention. Lahat naman kailangan 'di ba?

Ms. TCR on Magic 89.9

'di ako makatulog and listened to Magic.

Ms. TCR or Tarot Card Reader. Siyempre, Sino ba ang hindi curious with his future.
When DJ Pat from the daybreak sounds introduced her, I tried to call and fortunately nasagot naman. Siguro mga 10 times din akong nag-try para tumawag. so there, Nanginginig ako kasi ano nga ba ang itatanong ko? =)) yet, I asked if what course o field will i be able to succeed.

"A girl who is helping me out to be in her field"

yun yung lumabas sa card niya. I have a feeling na it's a friend of mine who wants me to take Education. pero kapag sinunod ko daw yun there's a condition. there will be a conflict between us.
She's a gooooooooooood friend of mine, tsaka ayaw ko siya maka-away kasi I learned a lot of things from her. so I texted her na "Friend naman tayo 'di ba?"

'di na ako makatulog and it's 4 AM. 'di pa ako nakuntento at tumawag pa ako. change name, change identity. Nagtataka ako kung bakit ang daming nahihirapang tumawag sa hotline nila. eh, para sa'kin. Ayos naman. Ms. TCR is still there with JJ Paula and DJ Pat. Got curious about my marriage life. I asked Ms. TCR when will i get married and if ever, to whom?

"When everything is under-control" hopefully ang ibig sabihin nun financially stable na. so that's good. at least the card tellls that I'm gonna be married. so the exciting part was to whom?
"Kilala ko daw siya" yet we're gonna have a conflict pero aayos naman daw. so there. Slept with a smile on my face.

Pero, laro-laro lang naman ito. I'm not going to believe in Tarot card reading. my thoughts are still accurate. But honestly, Na-curious ako kung sino yun.
